Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a decent stay overall, as we checked in quickly and the beach was nice even if it was man-made. The food was hit or miss, with the beach buffet not impressing me, but other restaurants were better. The drinks were average, and I appreciated that we could bring our own liquor. However, I was disappointed in some service aspects and pool access for friends. It’s a family-oriented resort, which is something I didn’t realize until after booking, but it worked out fine for us.
This resort offers beautiful grounds with lots of wildlife and a great location near Xcaret park. While the food was pretty standard and could be improved, the pool areas were enjoyable but a bit crowded. The service left something to be desired, particularly during busy times, which impacted the overall experience.
I had a wonderful time at this resort, nestled in the jungle with abundant wildlife and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. However, there were not enough lounge chairs by the pool and beach for everyone, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the experience was fantastic, especially with the proximity to Xcaret park.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities, and the pool area was lovely. However, the dining options were lacking in variety and quality. The service was somewhat hit or miss, and despite the beautiful setting, I found some aspects disappointing regarding food and room service. Overall, it had its highlights but needs improvement in several areas.
This resort offers a mix of natural beauty and fun activities, making it a memorable spot for vacationing. The friendly staff and great wildlife around the grounds were definite highlights, but the dining experience fell short for some guests, especially regarding kid-friendly options. The location is fantastic for those wanting easy access to nearby attractions, but some operational issues impacted the overall experience. Overall, it was a fun trip with potential for improvements.
